You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and keep that information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

If you are under the age required by your local law to consent to online services on your own behalf, you may only use the Service under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

Trackaat is an online learning platform that offers courses, video lessons, quizzes, assignments, and completion certificates. Completion certificates issued through the Service reflect completion of course content on Trackaat; they are not accredited academic degrees or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific course.

When you enroll in a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view that course's content for your personal, non-commercial, educational use. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, sell, or create derivative works from course content without prior written permission.

All course content, the Trackaat name, logo, and platform software are the property of Trackaat or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Some courses on Trackaat are offered free of charge. Where Trackaat offers paid courses, the applicable price and currency will be clearly displayed before you enroll, and payment will be processed through our designated payment provider at the time such functionality is enabled. Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated at the time of purchase.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Share your account credentials or your access to paid course content with anyone else.
• Submit another person's work as your own on quizzes or assignments.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or that violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or our systems.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

When you submit content to the Service — such as an assignment file, avatar image, or support message — you retain ownership of it, but you grant Trackaat a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display that content solely as necessary to operate and provide the Service (for example, so your instructor can review and grade your assignment).

Instructors who create and publish courses on Trackaat retain ownership of their original course content, subject to the license they grant Trackaat and enrolled students to host and deliver that content through the Service. Instructors are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any material they upload.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activity, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trackaat and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Trackaat operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
